About Us

Lighthouse & Lyric Press is an independent publishing house built on a simple belief: that every kind of story deserves to be told well.

We publish across a broad range of genres, from sports narrative and satirical nonfiction to historical romance, literary fiction, and practical guides for the digital age. What connects our catalog is not a single subject but a single standard: books that are written with care, shaped with intention, and built to stay with the reader long after the last page.

We work with a diverse roster of authors who each bring a distinct voice and perspective to their work. We don’t believe in a house style. We believe in finding the style that belongs to each story and making sure it is executed without compromise.

Lighthouse & Lyric Press is independent in every sense of the word, in our editorial vision, in our relationship with our authors, and in our commitment to publishing books that exist because they should, not because a committee decided they were safe.

We are a small press. We intend to stay that way.

Meet Our Team

Lighthouse & Lyric Press is a lean, dedicated operation built around the belief that great books don't require large teams — they require the right ones.

Editorial Direction

Our editorial team works closely with each author to develop manuscripts that are sharp, purposeful, and true to the voice that makes each writer distinct. We don't homogenize. We refine.

Design & Production

Every cover, layout, and interior format is approached as an extension of the book itself. We believe the physical and digital presentation of a book is part of the reading experience, not separate from it.

Publishing & Distribution

We handle the full publishing pipeline, from manuscript to market, with a focus on making our titles accessible across all major platforms and formats, including print, digital, and audiobook where applicable.

Author Relations

Our authors are not a catalog. They are collaborators. We maintain close working relationships throughout the publishing process and beyond, because a book's life doesn't end at launch.
